PANCHAKARMA
Panchakarma is the ultimate mind-body healing experience for detoxifying the body, strengthening the immune system, and restoring balance and well-being. It is one of the most effective healing modalities in Ayurvedic medicine. It promotes Detoxification and Rejuvenation. Panchakarma means “Five Therapies”. These 5 therapeutic treatments, they are Vamana, Virechana, Nasya, Basti and Raktamoskshana. The series of these 5 therapies help remove deep rooted stress and illness-causing toxins from the body while balancing the doshas.
SHIRODHARA
Shirodhara is a method of relieving stress and avoid many mental illnesses. It is the continuous flow of medicated oil through the head. Shirodhara brings in several benefits including improved blood circulation to hair and scalp, reduces nervous tension, and helps in sound sleep.
ABHYANGAM
Abhyangam is a popular body massage in Ayurveda and is effective in conditioning the body. Abhyangam can increase the production of white blood corpuscles and antibodies, which provide more resistance against viruses and diseases.
PIZHCHIL
This therapy is a beautiful combination of two classical Ayurvedic treatments, Snehana and Swedana. The whole body is bathe in streams of lukewarm medicated oil with simultaneous soft massage. It is very useful for rheumatic diseases, arthritis, paralysis, sexual weakness, neurological disorders, blood pressure, nervous weakness.
KATIVASTHI
Kativasthi is an Ayurvedic lumbosacral rejuvenation therapy using hot oil or herbal decoction. One can achieve both local oleation and sudation by this procedure.
UDVARTHANAM
Udvarthanam is a stimulating massage. It’s very effective and can define as Ayurveda powder massage, using special herbal powder. This special Ayurveda massage therapy gives you many physical benefits. It’s guaranteed for reducing cellulite accumulations. The overweight of the body would change and it’ll down after Udvarthanam. Fatty deposits of the body will be removed.
ELAKIZHI
Elakizhi is a panchakarma treatment in Ayurveda. It is an innovative classical massage with medicated leaves. The benefits of Elakizhi are relieving spasm and stiffness of muscles, lubricating joints, strengthening the spinal muscles, and relieving the joint pain, especially back ache.
NJAVARKIZHI
The nourishing therapy Njavarkizhi ensures an effective way to relax both mind and body and goodwill of Ayurveda is nothing without Njavarkizhi. It is an integral part to keeping the balance between “Vatha, Pitha and Kapha” and it’s a very result-oriented Ayurveda treatment with many unique features.
